When you use LendNest Portal or opt in to text updates, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and information about the funding inquiry you submitted (such as business name and status). We collect your mobile number and SMS consent only when you provide them.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate your account, show you the status of your funding inquiry, and — if you opt in — to send you account-notification text messages about that inquiry. These are non-marketing, transactional messages.

Mobile information & SMS

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing. Your mobile number is used solely by LendNest Portal to send the account-notification text messages you requested. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your account or your funding inquiry.

Data retention & your choices

We retain SMS consent records as required to document your opt-in, and retain account information only as long as needed to provide the service. You may request access to, or deletion of, your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
